In the event of marginal weather, unless the golf course is deemed closed, all scheduled play will occur. It is the golfers responsibility to contact the golf club and confirm if the course is open for play. We encourage you to call ahead if the course might be unplayable.

If the cancellation request is made before the club's cancellation deadline the payment will be refunded. If the cancellation request is made after the cancellation deadline it is at the club's discretion as to whether or not the payment is refunded.

Please check the club's cancellation policy in the booking confirmation email. To cancel your booking please login to your account, view your future bookings and cancel the booking.

To add additional players to your booking, simply make a new booking for the additional players. In order to get the best deals at golf clubs we require golfers to pay for the booking in full at the time of booking.

If you choose a tee time that you are interested in, you will be able to see the Club Rules & Cancellation Policy before making the booking. This information is also included in the booking confirmation email sent to you after the reservation is made.

Information required when making a booking includes your name, email address and phone number. You will need your credit card details to pay for the booking online.

The tee time inventory shown on the website is based on supply and demand. When tee times are loaded into our system the inventory is available, but tee times may sell through a number of different channels. To see if a tee time is still available, start the booking process and our system will check to see if the tee time is still available. If so, you will be able to continue the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available, we will try to display the closest available tee time and you will be asked if you want to continue the booking process with the new tee time.

When you click on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold for 8 minutes. This allows you time to complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process, that tee time will be removed from hold and appear on the website again for anyone to book.

Tee time availability is determinded by each golf club listed on Golf Tee Times. There should be at least 14 days availability at most courses and some courses will give times up to 2 months in advance.

With www.golfteetimes.co.za you will be able to book tee times at any course that has been signed up to the service. We are constantly adding new courses to the site.

If you have previously registered and want to change your details or preferences just login, click on your name, then ‘profile’ and then click ‘edit profile’.
